Understanding Stress

It seems that everyone has some of this type of particular problem to deal with. We all get stressed at one time or another. One way to look positively at stress is that a small amount can help motivate us and keep us focused. There is real stress and also irrationally perceived stress but stress once formed is stress. Too much real stress or stress from irrational perspectives can be debilitating and counterproductive. Large amounts of combined stress beyond what one can handle and get beyond well on their own can actually lead to psychological as well as physical harm and even in extreme cases produce the necessary setting and conditions for death through faulty failing health or even from extreme actions nurtured by enhanced emotions and faulty perspectives.

Stress cannot be eliminated completely because it originates from areas in our life that we cannot control and from ideas that we can not ever be sure about. Even doing our best to minimize stress, we cannot totally rid ourselves of it. What can we do about it?

The effects of stress are varied and as countless as the stars in the night sky but fortunately the causes can be counted on one hand and thus effectively dealt with through perspective and self choice.

I urge you to take stress seriously because stress can kill you or worse. It causes deterioration in every aspect of human health. There are chemical reaction responses with in the body that happen automatically when you react to outside stimulate both mental and physical. The body by itself enacts with in itself these devices and functions witch are designed to heal and take care of basic functions automatically when things are more than you can cope with but this only works for a short time and the effects and processes are difficult to perceive and understand.

The goal is to gain control over these things so that instead of being a living breathing puppet you can be a person who designs and implements all new positive tools so that your body does what you desire rather than being a victim to it's instinctual self programmed reactions. If you learn how to manage and control your thoughts through new perspectives and analysis you can actually control the levels and balance of these chemicals to varying extents through your mind and with physical activity. Improper balance in the proper chemical reactions in a human body can cause the body to operate inefficiently and substitute what it deems higher priority than something else that should be doing it.

It is your job to take control and manage those areas of your body through higher conscious awareness and perspective adjustment which will offer new untapped positive energy. Left to its own uncontrolled devices otherwise the body will just do whatever it does and you will be the victim rather than the leader. Left unchecked the body is more likely to succumb to what are simply deemed "Health problems" and not assigned the proper blame they should be because a doctor is not trained always as highly as they should be in mental health issues and without intensive study and knowledge of the patient it is impossible to gain insight as to the "Real" causes of these things.

Being out of control effects your body's chemical balance through faulty manufacturing and handling of the production and dismissal of internal chemicals can cause many health problems like high blood pressure, heart attack, and even stroke.

Some Doctors and therapists prescribe medications to help balance these chemicals artificially. If you are within the realm of reach of being a mentally and physically well person your control of your self can do the work of these artificial means by way of genuine balance which is much more effective and all the control is with in your hands if you have knowledgeable skilled self guidance. My counsel can help you to achieve this position.

Deferment to outside sources for help and artificial means to do what you can do yourself should always be a last resort. Exercise alone and healthy habits providing you even have the discipline to keep it up is still not always enough. The mind plays a pivotal vital role and the thoughts it thinks that comes from the perspectives it operates with everyday actually creates electrical signals that cause chemicals to be created or released that alter the balance of the internal functioning of the body. If the brain is unhealthy the body will be unhealthy. Dabbling with these things with medicine and even suggestions from psycho therapy is tantamount to guessing at best. Even those with lifetimes of experience and degrees galore can not measure up to a perfect perspective based process of building perfect tools that will allow everything else to fall perfectly in place for an individual.

Too much stress or irrational stress, can fool the brain into a perception that it is environment and reaction to that environment in irrational ways and down right in incorrect ways causing a whole range of reactions to develop in a vacuum from your knowledge or positive control. You must learn to understand these things and work with them to give yourself the gift of mental health that only someone with a highly refined conscious is entitled to through the ability to obtain it.

You see, through my counsel, you allow yourself your own reward and guidance. I do not give it to you I train you to see and to respect and operate and then you entitle yourself to this reward and receive it yourself and have earned it. This process can start from day one and is not difficult but it can be difficult to see at first. The time during counsel will be utilized helping to see and understand this. It begins by gaining the insights and ability to stop a vicious cycle and as stress is one of the biggest factors leading to depression you will also feel newly empowered and outright better than you did when you started throughout the entire process because you will first stop depression from creating more stress. You must act and I will counsel you in ways that you can that are effective for you. You can choose to help yourself. You will become the victor only if you allow yourself to travel the road to be so.

There are typical proven aids to the reduction of stress that you can implement while working on the things I will be helping with but by themselves they are not enough because there effects are limited and wear off. They are only bandages. Obtaining of a new perspective and a highly refined conscious mentality can provide lasting success

Talk to friends but avoid those that are not really friends but only bad influences looking to weight you down or use you
